Grant of rights
I grant Gunnar for NC, its agents, and assignees a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the media I submit (including my likeness if depicted) in any media now known or later developed, for campaign, educational, documentary, and archival purposes.
Ownership
I represent that I own the media or have authority to grant these rights, and that the media does not infringe others’ rights.
No obligation to use
The campaign has no obligation to use submitted media and may edit for length, clarity, or format.
Release
I release the campaign from claims arising from authorized use of the media as described here, to the extent permitted by law.
Minors
If a minor is depicted, a parent or guardian must submit / approve.
